How the opportunity score works

The score combines efficiency versus your target, Lost Search Impression Share due to budget, Lost Search Impression Share due to rank, and a small business-priority adjustment. A campaign can therefore be efficient but still rank poorly as a budget candidate when visibility is primarily limited by Ad Rank rather than budget.

Use equal, meaningful reporting windows. Do not reallocate solely from short-term CPA or ROAS noise, and do not assume that a campaign with high Lost IS (budget) will preserve efficiency after scaling.
