PaidMediaKit Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PaidMediaKit handles information when you use paidmediakit.com, including analytics, advertising, browser-local tool data and regional privacy choices.
1. Information PaidMediaKit processes
PaidMediaKit is designed to keep many day-to-day tool interactions lightweight. Depending on the tool, values you enter, reports you upload or workflow progress may be processed or stored locally in your browser. Where a tool states that processing happens locally, that tool data is not intentionally uploaded to PaidMediaKit for server-side processing.
We may also process ordinary website and technical information generated when you visit the site, such as page views, device and browser information, approximate location derived from network information, referring pages, interaction events, IP address and request/security metadata.
2. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
PaidMediaKit uses Google Tag Manager to manage measurement tags and Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site and tools are used. Analytics may include page views and product-usage events such as starting, using or completing a tool.
Google Analytics and related Google tags are configured to work with Google Consent Mode. In regions where consent is required through PaidMediaKit's Google European Regulations message, analytics storage is controlled by the consent choices communicated through Google's consent management platform.
Google may process information according to its own privacy policies and terms. You can learn more from Google'sPrivacy Policy.
3. Advertising and Google AdSense
PaidMediaKit integrates Google AdSense, which may serve advertising on the site. Ads may not appear on every page or on every visit.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies to serve, measure and improve advertising. Depending on your location, settings and consent choices, Google and its partners may use advertising information to provide personalized or non-personalized ads, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads and detect invalid activity.
Google's use of advertising technologies may allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to PaidMediaKit and/or other websites. You can manage personalized advertising throughGoogle Ads Settings.
4. Consent in the EEA, UK and Switzerland
For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, PaidMediaKit uses Google's certified European Regulations consent management platform for Google-related advertising and analytics consent.
PaidMediaKit has enabled Google Consent Mode for advertising and analytics purposes. The Google consent message can therefore communicate choices for analytics storage, ad storage, ad personalization and ad user data to supported Google services.
Where the European message applies, Google-related storage defaults are restricted until the consent mechanism supplies the visitor's applicable choice. Visitors can later revisit their Google consent choices using the privacy or revocation control supplied with Google's message where available.
5. Applicable U.S. state privacy choices
For visitors covered by supported U.S. state privacy laws, PaidMediaKit uses Google's US State Regulations messaging where configured. This may provide a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Informationcontrol or related opt-out mechanism.
When an applicable visitor uses Google's opt-out control, Google communicates that privacy choice through its supported privacy signaling mechanisms.
6. Cloudflare and site security
PaidMediaKit is delivered through Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses, request headers, network information and security signals to deliver, protect and operate the site. Cloudflare may also use cookies or similar technologies when security or abuse-prevention features require them.
7. Browser-local storage and tool data
Some PaidMediaKit features may store information locally in your browser so that a tool, workflow or preference can continue working between page visits. Examples may include workflow progress, tool state or other local preferences.
Browser-local storage used for a PaidMediaKit feature is separate from Google Analytics and advertising storage. Clearing your browser's site data may remove locally saved PaidMediaKit progress or preferences.
8. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- operate and secure PaidMediaKit;
- understand website and tool usage;
- identify errors and improve usability;
- measure product engagement and performance;
- serve and measure advertising; and
- comply with applicable legal, privacy and platform requirements.
9. Third-party services
PaidMediaKit currently relies on third-party providers that may process information under their own terms, including Google services and Cloudflare. Their data practices are governed by their respective policies in addition to the choices and controls described on this site.
10. Your privacy choices
The choices available to you depend on your location and the services involved. These may include Google's European consent message, U.S. state opt-out controls, Google Ads Settings, browser cookie controls and browser controls for deleting site data or local storage.
Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights regarding access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of personal information. The availability and scope of those rights depends on your jurisdiction and the relevant processing activity.
11. Changes to this policy
PaidMediaKit may update this Privacy Policy when the site's services, measurement setup, advertising configuration or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
