About PaidMediaKit
Built from the work media buyers actually do.
PaidMediaKit is a free library of calculators, planners, analyzers, workflows and learning resources for people running paid media. The goal is simple: make recurring account work faster without hiding the math or turning every task into another dashboard.
Why PaidMediaKit exists
Paid media work is full of small, repeatable jobs: checking budget pacing, validating a CPA target, reviewing search terms, planning a creative test, estimating how much conversion volume a budget can support, or turning a platform export into something reviewable.
None of those tasks needs a heavyweight software platform every time. PaidMediaKit focuses on narrow tools with transparent inputs, visible assumptions and outputs that are easy to sanity-check.
Who created it
PaidMediaKit is an independent publishing project created and maintained by a paid media specialist with more than seven years of hands-on work across Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign planning, measurement, tracking, reporting and account optimization.
The tools are shaped by recurring questions that come up in real campaign work: what the numbers mean, which assumptions are safe, what deserves action, and what still needs human judgement.
How calculations are built
Formula-based tools use standard advertising or business equations wherever possible. The methodology is shown on the page so a result can be checked independently rather than treated as a black box.
Planning tools are different. Forecasts, testing capacity and scenario models depend on assumptions supplied by the user. Those tools are designed to expose the assumptions and constraints rather than present a modelled number as a prediction.
Editorial approach
Guides are written to answer operational questions that sit behind the tools. The focus is on formulas, worked examples, interpretation, limitations and practical account decisions rather than generic marketing commentary.
Platform-specific guidance is reviewed when the relevant tool or guide is updated. Where a platform rule can change, PaidMediaKit avoids presenting a temporary recommendation as a permanent law.
What PaidMediaKit does not claim
A calculator can verify arithmetic; it cannot know your full business economics, attribution quality, creative quality, sales process or market conditions. Tool outputs are decision support, not guaranteed campaign outcomes.
PaidMediaKit is not affiliated with Google, Meta, Amazon, LinkedIn, TikTok or other advertising platforms unless explicitly stated. Product and platform names belong to their respective owners.
