Google Ads Search Term Harvester
Upload a Google Ads Search Terms report and turn individual queries into a practical review list for keyword expansion, negative keyword review, inefficient search terms and existing keyword coverage.
Upload your Search Terms report
Export the Search Terms table from Google Ads as CSV or TSV. PaidMediaKit reads the file directly in your browser.
Confirm Google Ads columns
Common Search Terms export columns are detected automatically. Change a mapping if your report uses a different label.
Set your review rules
These are user-controlled screening rules — not Google Ads requirements or statistical-significance thresholds.

Search terms are not the same as keywords
The Search Terms report shows the user searches that triggered your ads. The Keyword column shows which keyword matched that search. PaidMediaKit uses both when available so a strong query is not automatically treated as a brand-new keyword opportunity.
A search term has enough conversions and meets the efficiency rule you selected. Consider whether a dedicated exact or phrase keyword would improve structure, reporting or control.
Zero-conversion terms crossing your click or spend threshold are surfaced for relevance and negative-keyword review.
These terms may still be commercially relevant. Review bid strategy, landing page, query intent and sample size before excluding them.
PaidMediaKit uses the Keyword column and search-term Match type to flag terms that may not need another duplicate keyword added.
